How does CAT2Call charge me?

- CAT2Call will charge by calculating based on a full minute, and call times for each call are charged based on full minute increments after the initial one-minute minimum. There are rates as follows:

• 3 Baht/Min for Fixed Line number.
• 5,7,9 Baht/Min for Mobile Phone number.
• And 3 Baht/Min for all numbers located in Thailand.

- Typically, “ No ” , If no anybody or answering machine picks up your call, we will not charge you. However it depends on that destination.

What is the calling card ?

- It is a prepaid calling card. It is the fiber optic system with a good sound quality. What are the conditions of the ThaiTelephone calling card?

1. Do not insert an ThaiTelephone calling card into a public telephone

2. Call rate is based on a unit. One unit equals 6 seconds. Part of unit is calculated as a unit. The rate remains the same 24 hours a day.

3. The price of an ThaiTelephone calling card is 7% VAT included.

4. ThaiTelephone calling card is not refundable

5. The company is not responsible for any damage to an ThaiTelephone calling card incurred by any other person apart from the card owner.

6. The user will be informed by a beep, one minute before the card balance is used up.

7. ThaiTelephone calling card expiry within 12 months after the first usage or within expiry date on card, if it's not used

- In case of loss of ThaiTelephone calling card with remaining value in that card, the other can access the system and make a call because system will recognize the user from the key-in pin. In this case of ThaiTelephone members loss or forget pin code are suggested to call to customer service to cancel the original code and change to use new code.

1. Press 1544 and follow the voice prompt.

2. Press 21 + # after hearing to enter the destination number.

3. Press the Card Number of a new card and followed by #.

4. Press 99 + # to continue calling.

Problem with shopping

How can I order it ? I've tried to purchase it via the web site but I couldn't get through the process.

Due to the problem, when you check out, you will see the button "Check out with Security". Actually, if your PC is stand alone, it should be ok. But the problem may occur if your computer is running on network with firewall. For this reason, you'll see the next line shown that If you receive an error message when you try to use our secure server, please hit the back button on your browser to return to this page and continue on our button "Standard Server". Why new customers do not get pin code immediately?

We concern the fraudulent charge. For your credit card holder protection, we need to verify your first order by calling every single new order within 20 mins.

Or customer may speed up the process by fax a signed clear copy of a copy of your credit card statement from the card used to initiate your order or a copy of your credit card (front & back).

How long does a pin code take?

If you pay by credit card and your credit details are verified, you can get PIN code immediately.

In case you are a new customer, we need to call to verify your order within 20 mins. And then process your pin code. For banking transfer order, after we got your payment slip fax we will send you a pin no. within 24 hrs. by e-mail.

I just placed an order, but why can't I see anything in my cart ?

Possible cause :

1. You may be using an old or unsupported browser. We recommend that you use:
- Internet Explorer ( IE ) 5.5 or Higher
- Netscape 6.2 or Higher
- Opera 7.0 or Higher
- Mozilla 1.3 or Higher

At this time, we do not support AOL and maybe included some firewall settings.

2. Check your Privacy Settings by following the steps below:
( The Privacy default should be set to Low, if it is not please set to low ).
- In Internet Explore, click the Tools menu.
- Click Internet Connection.
- Click Privacy
- If there is an options to select the Privacy level, just set it to "Low".
If there are only the buttons to select, just click on "Default".
It should show the option for you to set the Privacy to Low.

3. If you get an error message "privacy setting error or shopping cart is empty," please delete all Cookies by clicking the Tools menu, and selecting "Internet Options" or delete all Temporary Internet files.

2. Select language, press 1 for Thai / press 2 for English follow by your ThaiTelephone pin code or membership code of ThaiTelephone and follow with # (pulse key) in memory 2

3. After recording information that you need, the user can call outside country by dialing number of memory 1. When you listen sound response entering into system, dial number memory 2

1. Selecting menu of phonebook in order for recording number

2. Dialing the requirement name that you want to record such as ThaiTelephone

For Nokia

- Record ThaiTelephone access number 1544 or 001-800-8424-2273 any number, then press * (star key) 3 time until "p" shown after recorded access
number.

For Motorola/Ericsson

- Record ThaiTelephone access number 1544 or 001-800-8424-2273 any number and then press * (star key) hold for 3 seconds until "p" shown after
recorded access number.

For Panasonic
- Record ThaiTelephone Access Number 1544 or 001-800-8424-2273 and press number 0 and hold for 3 seconds until "p" shown after recorded access
number.

3. Select language, press 1 for Thai / press 2 for English

4. Press * (Star key) 3 time until "p" shown.

5. Key in your ThaiTelephone card code of 12 digits and follow by # (pulse key) such as 123456789111#

6. After that on your phone will show number of 1544p1p123456789111# or 180084242273p1p123456789111#

7. Press "Enter" or "O.K.."

Is there any charges if I can not connect to the destination number?

You will not be charged if the call is not completed. Usage period starts counting when you first access the system, and when there is a receiving signal from your destination number.
