Customer Service officer and Supervisor
Qualification
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
- Any educational background
- Perform strong communication skills in English esp. writing, listening & speaking
- Be able to use Microsoft office application such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Have friendly personality and Service minded
- Hardworking, Dedicated to work overtime
- Knowledgable in marketing management ,sales, and negotiation skill
- Have a good sense of humor
- Be Ready to work in a shift & overtime
Job Description
- Handle customer inbound / outbound call.
- Manipulate customer products information / updated campaign.
- Coordinate with related departments for customer's issues.
- Manage data entry and updated customer information
- Process orders from customer in Thailand and USA by chat, phone and mail
- Handle complaints from customer professionally.
- Be able to work as a shift, Can work on holiday.
- Working 5 1/2 days per week, 8 hours per day.
