Call from Thailand to international :

1. Dial 02-696-2222 (For Thai language), Dial 02-696-2200 (For English language)

If you want to listen the minutes left to call, please dial this number 02-696-2211( English Version only )

2. The System says " Please Enter your complete PIN number. "

3. Dial your PIN No.

4. Listen to account balance

5. Dial Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number + #

Example : If you want to make a call to Los Angeles, USA and the telephone number is (213) 123-4567

You should dial :

1 + 213 + 1234567 + #

Caller ID Service is special service, just login on web site and register your phone number. After process completed you can reach the destination number without PIN needed.

There are 2 ways to register Caller ID

Register Caller ID by Phone

1. Dial 02-696-2223 (For Thai language), Dial 02-696-2201(For English language)

2. The System says " Please Enter your complete PIN number."

3. Dial PIN No. + #

4. Finished register caller ID

Register Caller ID by Website

1. Login to account panel by enter your username and password (After purchased iTalk Pin no.) or Click here to Login

2. Click "Caller ID Service"

3. Enter your telephone number and click "Add" for register your telephone number

Dial from CallerID by registered your phone number.

How to check Balance & History call

1. Login to account panel by enter your username and password Click " Balance & History call "

2. The screen will display as the picture below :

3. Choose your PIN No.and click "View"

4. The screen will display history call as the picture below
