1. CALLING RATE AND RELIABILITY OF CALLING CARDS

ThaiTelephone.com would not be responsible for any loses/damages as result of changing calling card rate by suppliers and/or service providers, which is beyond control of ThaiTelephone.com does not represent or warrant that the Services provided suppliers will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected. ThaiTelephone.com would not responsible for any loses/damages cause by errors of service providers.

2. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

After you purchase products or services of ThaiTelephone.com, there will be forms for you to complete. 10. SHIPPING POLICY

If you pay by credit card and credit card is approved, you will get pin no. immediately through your email.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, and wish to receive actual card, we will ship the card as soon as we got your payment. Tracking information provided when we get customers request.

13. RETURN POLICY

We don't have any policy for exchanging or returning the product unless the product has defect, caused by manufacturing process.
1. ThaiTelephone.com will not allow to exchange or return calling card in case customer shopping online via website. ThaiTelephone.com will assume that customer already acknowledges the pin number. Therefore, there is unable to exchange or return.
2. For actual card, there will be able to exchange or return in case unexpected cause. And only if the card has no scratch at the back side of card
