How to use CAT ThaiCard


Call From Thailand To Worldwide

1. Dial 1544 from any phone Thailand or dial 001-800-8424-2273 or 001-800- T H A I C A R D

from any touch tone phone in Thailand (No local call charges), from local public phones

(coins or phone cards must be required)

2. After hearing the voice instructions, press 2 for English

3. Enter the PIN Code followed by #

4. Enter 001 + Country Code + Area Code + Telephone number + #

Example : if you want to make a call to Los Angeles, USA, telephone number is 123-4567,

you should dial : 001-1-213-123-4567-#  »  00112131234567#

* After finishing the call, press # twice to cut the line or to make a next call.

Call To Thailand or

1. Dial Access no.

2. After hearing the voice instructions, press 2 for English

3. Enter the PIN Code follow by #

4. Enter Telephone Number + #

Example : if you want to call from USA to Sydney, Australia Telephone no. 555-9999

you should dial : 001-61-2-555-9999-#  »  0016125559999#

* After finishing the call, press # twice to cut the line or to make a next call.

Note

- The card without money more than 30 days, credit can not be added.

- The card will be expired within 12 months after the first usage or within on expiry date in this card, if it's not used.

- The charge rate is the same as ISD:

        Standard Rate (7 am - 9 pm)

        Economy Rate (9 pm - midnight / 5-7 am)

        Reduced Rate (midnight - 5 am)

- If you make a mistake in any step, press # and restart the procedure.

- 7% value added tex is included in the card value.
