How to Check Balance iSIM
Note : if you entered PIN code incorrectly 3 times. The system will be blocked and ask PUK code,
please enter the PUK code and then your enter your PIN code. Please e-mail for request the PUK code to
sales@thaitelephone.com with your iSIM number for reference, we will send PUK code to your email.
If you have iSim trouble shooting, Please check follow:
- If you have any problems about iSIM in Italy or other countries, Please check follow:
- Turn the phone off.
- Turn the phone on.
- If you are prompted to select your location, select "Italy" when in Italy or select "Global" when in any other country. Ignore all other options. "*" indicates the current setting. Do not do step 4.
- If you are not prompted to select your location, find "SIM Services" or "SIM Menu" in the phone menu. (It may be in Applications, Office Tools,Services or similar menu.) Then select "Roaming Services" and select the required profile and save it.
- Global Roaming: Use this when in all countries except Italy.
- Prime Roaming: Use this in Italy only. The default Profile is GlobalRoaming.
- RoamSIM is based on 3G technology supported by GSM operators.
- Confirm that the GSM phone is getting a network signal.
There are possible that the RoamSIM service is available in your country.
- Confirm that your account has enough money to make a calls.
- Confirm that you dialed +Phone number not 00 phone number and instruction correctly.
- If USSD is working this will provide your country location Dial *125*9#
If not (no response), manually select a different carrier and try again.
(USSD is the free call to send request to automatically SMS respond to check your balance.)
- Dial *125*1*+PhoneNumber# to initiate the call by SMS instead of USSD.
