How do you pay? & When are you charged?	With Prepaid, the customer must pay in advance before the start of the next service cycle; otherwise, service will be suspended. Pay with Refills The $50 per-month charge is an automatic recurring charge. Customers will always be charged $50 every 30 days at midnight if they have enough funds or until they changes plans.
What happens if you do not pay?	If NOT PAID on day 30 but refills within 60 days, and refill is enough to cover monthly charge, then system will automatically renew the monthly plan 60 days after the monthly plan has expired due to insufficient funds to restart the plan, the system will automatically change the customer’s rate plan to Pay As You Go.
Late payments	The system checks to ensure the customer paid the monthly usage charge. If the customer has not paid for the rate plan charge: • No calls or texts can be made. • The customer is notified via SMS that if funds are not refilled, the customer will be switched to Pay As You Go in 60 days. • 60 days after the monthly plan has expired, the system switches the customer to Pay As You Go. • Once the customer switches to Pay As You Go, the expiration date of the refill balance on the prepaid account is extended to 90 days (if the expiration date is less than 90 days).
