Instruction for use SMS Marketing Service


1. After purchased Package SMS, please goto "My Account" ( Picture 1 )

2. Login to account panel by enter your username and password

3. After you Log-in your membership account, you'll see SMS Marketing Service link in the menu (See pic 3)

4. How to Send SMS

Intruction to send SMS

Step 1 : Enter sender name (English only) in "sender name" box

Step 2 : Enter destination number in "send to" box as you desired : Country code + city code + phone number

Step 3 : Choose name list from Phonebook menu

Step 4 : Choose Group namr from Group menu

Step 5 : Enter you messages in "message" box which support both Thai and English

Step 6  : Message format : Select the language format and Click "send" to send your messages.

5. How to add

Step 1 : Enter recipient name in Display Name box

Step 2 : Enter Phone number in Mobile phone in this following format - Country code + City code + Phone number

Step 3 : Choose Group name and click "add"

6.  Add Group Name   Click "Add"  Manage Groups  menu

Step 1 Enter group name in Group Name


Step 2 Enter Description and click "Add"


7. How to Import ; Click "Import " in Manage Phonebook

Step 1 Click Browse button, and Select the file you wish to import to your Phonebook,

( Note: Please choose, *.txt and  *.csv file only and Format is :  displayname, mobileNO )

Step 2 Choose group,  and click " Import "

Then the recipient you have just imported will show on your Phonebook ( Pic 8)

8.  Click "view"  in manage Phonebook for see name list

9.  Click "view" in Manage Group menu for see Group name
