How to get VoIP Over the Air Setting (Auto VoIP setting)

1. Login to account panel by enter your username and password (After purchased) or Click here to Login

2. Click VoIP OTA Setting (Pocket PC: WM 6) in Menu Special Service (for Internet Call services)

3. Choose Account for setting VoIP OTA from Thaitelephone SIP Account list

4. Fill up your mobile phone number in Mobile Number box as following example 0811234567 and press Confirm

5. After press Confirm, Pop up will show your details
- Press Yes to confirm MMS sending (You will received within 3mins)
- Press No to edit your details again

6. If you choose Yes, You will received within 3mins. If you did not receive MMS, Please try again in a few seconds.

If doesn't, you can do it from the following process below.
- select Menu to start » setting » Wireless LAN. (Pic. 2,3)

- Press "Turn on the Wireless." (Pic. 4,5)

2. After you received MMS from ThaiTelephone, (Pic. 6). Click the Link for going to the next step (Pic. 7).

3. From Pic. 7, It will appear the files for using to install.
    - VoIP.cab
    - Thaitelephone.cab

Firstly, Download VoIP.cab file.

4.Press the Menu "Open file after download" and click Yes to download program. (Wait a few minute to download program)

5. After finished downloading. It will show the pop up message to asking. Press Yes (pic.10), choose Device and press Install (pic.11) in order. The Voip Program will install.(pic.12) Then click OK to go next step.

6. Enable the VoIP Program click Menu start » Program » VoIP Setup

7. Select Tab menu SIP setting, it is empty. Go to Tab menu Option change the value " Outgoing calls using VoIP" from Never to Whenever available and click Done. It have the message for asking, Click Yes.

8. Restart your Pocket PC. After Restarted. you can see the message on the desktop. If it show "Internet Calling: off"as Pic. 20, back to try step 7 again. If it show "Internet Calling: No Service" as Pic. 21. Go to set up the next step.

9. Go to MMS Message Box again then download Thaitelephone.cab Program. At the process to download and Configure is the same as The VoIP.cab Program. After Finished, Click OK to go next step.

10. The message will change from "Internet Calling: No Service" to "Thaitelephone: No Service". Restart your Pocket PC again.

11. After Restarted, go to the VoIP program again. (see the example from step 6). Select Tab menu SIP setting, you can see the value add on. Select Tab menu Option change the value " Outgoing calls using VoIP" from Never to Whenever available and click Done.

12. the status of Thaitelephone: at the desktop will changing from No Service » Searching » Selected in the last. That mean you are already to using VoIP for calling to International or domestic.

How to make a call from Pocket PC

Method 1 : Call to worldwide with ThaiTelephone SIP Account only. It is easy to call to international with cheap rate. You can do it from the following  step below

Connect to Wi-Fi  see Step 1 Look the status If it is "Thaitelephone: Selected", you can make a call from Thaittelephone SIP Account  now



Method 2 : You can switch signal between normal signal and VoIP Signal by Change status of VoIP from "Thaitelephone: Selected" to "Thaitelephone: Available"



Note : You can notice that you are using VoIP signal or normal signal when you calling to destination. It will show selected signal. Between Dial Look at the network message. If it is normal signal, you use the normal network to dial.
